Selore & S-Global USB-C HUB not working with HP Laptop

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have used this Selore & S-Global on my Dell laptop, but when I use it with the HP, I am not able to get the two monitors attached to the hub to work.  I am given the error message "Display connection might be limited".  The webcam that is also attached to the HUB works, but not the monitors.  Is this USB-C hub not compatible with HP?  Am I missing a driver?

The specs of your machine is

Its  SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port does not support Alt mode and is not fully compatible with your Selore & S-Global USB-C HUB you will get same result with other USB-C hub's
