I am running the internet through the Cellular network in India. Want to send/receive SMS on my HP Spectre x360 laptop.

Thanks for your attempt to support me. Actually I am accessing internet through SIM inserted in the SIM slot in the laptop itself and I want to use that SIM only for sending/receiving SMS.
