HP Recommended

I am attempting to contact support regarding my Reverb G2 V2. I am blocked from proceeding any further (or obtaining an email address for support) without entering my serial number. However, I have entered the serial number correctly into the registration field but the system is telling me it is not a valid serial number. Please advise.
