Hi @Tlrisher

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand that the internet is available, but something in your setup is preventing links from opening properly. This could be due to default browser settings, email client configuration, or system restrictions. Also could you please share me the Hp Model you are using. I would request you to please follow the steps:

On Windows

Open Settings → Apps → Default apps.

Scroll down to Web browser.

Make sure it’s set to Chrome, Edge, or whichever browser you prefer.

Try clicking a link in your email again.

On macOS

Open System Settings → Desktop & Dock.

Scroll down to Default web browser.

Select your preferred browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.).

Test by clicking a link in your email.

Check your browser settings:

Check your browser settings to make sure that you have not disabled hyperlinks. In Chrome, go to "Settings" > "Privacy and security" > "Site settings" > "Javascript" and make sure that "Allowed (recommended)" is selected. In Edge, go to "Settings and more" > "Privacy, search, and services" > "Cookies and site permissions" > "Javascript" and make sure that it is enabled.

Clear your browser cache and cookies

Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try accessing the hyperlinks again.

Try a different browser

If the issue persists, try using a different browser to see if the hyperlinks work there. If they do, then the issue may be with your original browser.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
