Setting the BIOS password problem

Hello,

1. the BIOS password was not set.  new Elitebook x360 1040 G6

2. typed this powershell as admin

$BIOS = Get-WMIObject HP_BIOSSettingInterface -Namespace "root\HP\InstrumentedBIOS"

$BIOS.SetBIOSSetting('Setup Password','<utf-16/>TheBIOSPassword','<utf-16/>')

powershell worked as BIOS now asks for password, but its not :  TheBIOSPassword

Any ideas?
