Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have Windows 11 updated in my laptop. Ever since I have updated to this version, the windows security in the virus and threats section shows all the settings are managed by the administrator; including real-time protection, cloud-delivered protection, automatic sample submission and tamper protection. the settings are by default 'on' and are unable to be turned off or vice versa. What can be done to allow the changes and turn off these settings?
