So recently i did an hp bios update that it showed critical to me. I updated the bios normally and alas after every 3 mins all my cpu cores get parked except the last 4 cores as you can see in the attachment below. Intel xtu says my cpu is power limit throttling. Im 100 % sure this is because of the bios update i did and i cant even downgrade because i get "cannot find signature file " while downgrading my BIOS. whole laptop starts lagging like crazy cpu speeds go upto 0.20 GHz which is just unacceptable.
I just need to find a way to either revert back BIOS or get a new update for my BIOS which removes this power limit throttling.
I have tried the Win+b BIOS recovery but it shows my BIOS is corrupted and asks me to use a USB to recover BIOS.
This power limit throttling is making my laptop feel useless as any cpu intensive task i do it starts lagging.
