Hello, if I want to move some files via USB-C 3.2 to external SSD or to phone, it obviously move one file (20GB) in less than one minute with 300MB/s, but then it sharply slow down to 20MB/s in next file and then it stays so slow to the ending. It don't change canceling and re-move it again. It happens to any flash disc I connect, also the same happens in other slots of USB-A.

Also, if I connect Samsung phone to USB-C (and no matter if with Thunderbolt 3 or original USB-C cable), it pop up for 20 seconds fast charging (01:20h left) and then it change to normal charging (over 2hrs).

I had in the same similar gaming notebook with Nvidia 1650GTX what worked normally and fast charge also worked well with Samsung S9+ and the same external SSD.

Is there any way how to fix those 2 issues?
