Hi:
You can only hope it does.
HP only has the service manual for the older model series on the support page. The one that has an 8.78 MB file size.
HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4W0AV) Manuals | HP® Customer Support
According to chapter 1 of the manual, the TPM 2.0 device is a Trusted Platform Module (fTPM) 2.0, firmware-based security device.
Windows 11 does not seem to recognize a fTPM device as a TPM 2.0 device for some reason, and until Microsoft fixes that glitch, your notebook will not receive an automatic W11 update notification.
The specs for the notebook indicate that it comes with W10 in S mode, so there wouldn't be much you can do.
However, if you decide to buy the notebook and switch out of S mode, and you do not see a TPM 2.0 device listed under a Security Devices category in the device manager, let me know and I will give you two easy ways to bypass the W11 hardware checks.
