I purchased a laptop with a touchscreen, thinking that I could use it like my tablet, and have clients sign documents with their finger, like a wet signature.  I cannot figure out how to do this on my laptop.  Can someone help me?

Thank you!

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Take a look at the DocuSign application in the Windows Store -- it allows you to do this.

Good Luck

I was having the same issue. Turns out the software I was using for the application has a conflict with Microsoft Edge and when I used Google Chrome the issue was resolved. I bought several pens only to find out that they did not work with my touch screen and I did not need them anyway
