Product: Envy dv6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Had a new hardrive installed (by a profession IT repar person after a hacker breach.Finger reader (Sinple pass) is no longer working suspect driver is not installed.  Win7  I can't seem to locate a driver to make it work again.

Hi:

 

What is the full model number or product number of your dv6 notebook?

 

The different generation dv6 notebook's use different fingerprint reader drivers.

 

If you don't know the full model number, the product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

 

Please do not post the serial number.
