Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 I have an HP Laptop-17fgc52m with 32 gig RAM and 64 bit processor. It is 11th GEN Intel i5-1135g7 @ 2.4 GHz.  Why is this thing SOOOOOO  slow?

I have upgraded from 8 to 32 gig RAM and went through all the steps to trim the fat from the system.

However, it is VERY frustrating having to wait on EVERY little THING!

Would appreciate any suggestions.
