Product: HP ENVY Notebook - 13-d008na (ENERGY STAR)

My HP Envy Notebook 13-d008na  Broadband is running slow. Other PCs and phones in the house are running at 55-60MBps on the same WiFi N/W

 

The HP envy runs at 20 -30 Mbps. Strangely the speed is 60MBps  after a system refresh but falls to less that half speed in less than a day after some use.

I have deleted and updated the drivers and HP Assistant is not reporting the problem or finding any fault?

Can anyone help?
