Hello.

My Hp pavilion dv6-3112sa is slow. I don't really enjoy the performance. I'll launch a software and the CPU usage will be 100% . How can I increase the speed.

It is a core i3. Is it possible to increase the core.

You can't increase the speed -- it is what it is.

Are you running Win10 -- it would help to know what OS is running on the PC.

It's a Windows 7 Ultimate.

Can I make it faster without Overclocking

Good question -- but basically, no.

And, I would seriously argue AGAINST overclocking a laptop because that generates LOTS of heat, and laptops aren't equipped to handle the additional heat.  It will most like crash due to thermal overload, and that is if it does NOT damage the processor.
