Slow response

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is responding super slow suddenly , like I was playing a game and suddenly its now responding slow , the temperature is low , checked , system already updated , drivers updates , ran a system and hardware diagnostics , passed everything . Whenever I restart it works fine but after I start a game it then responds slow and fall in FPS even when I close the application laptop is slow also checked the task manager and only 30 percent of ram used with 10 percent of cpu please help its a new laptop .

I was unable to find the update installed on my device , its sad to know it has only been a 2 months to my laptop and thanks to microsoft for making it worse , i dont have any third party apps installed or anything . Sadly I havent been able to use it due to its slowdown RIP me idk what else to do
