Hi! I had the problem, that my notebook (approx. since Oktober 2023) takes a very long time (5-10 Minutes) to shut down WIN11. In the event panel from Windows I saw that the “HP Audio Analytics Service” had timeouts, so I deactivated the service. Now, it works fine.
My question: What is “HP Audio Analytics Service” responsible for?
Do I need this service?
Thanks!!
Notebook: HP ProBook 455 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC
WIN11: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro (Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631)

Hi:
I believe those HP Analytics services send info to HP to help troubleshoot any issues with your PC.
I've stopped and disabled every one of those 'HP Analytics...' services in my HP AMD Ryzen 5 4500U notebook.
Works fine without them.
You will find several folks complaining about these services...
Solved: REMOVE HP Analytics Service - HP Support Community - 8519980
The problem is...from time to time you will get updates to the software pushed to Windows update and you will have to periodically check the Services app in the control panel and disable any of those services that have started again as a result of one of those updates.
They usually begin with 'HP System' or words to that effect.
