I've bought my new hp laptop 1week ago ,

A weird smell is been coming from the keyboard , I've checked but the laptop is not heated plzz help me

Hi.

What kind of smell? Like burning smell? Sometimes notebooks have a strange kind of new smell.

Anyway you can contact HP support directly in your country under warranty. You can do this from HP support assistant application on your PC.
