Hi HP team,
After using my HP notebook, I have felt that it's a great notebook... expect one thing - Touchpad which is so bad and slow response. I used to use Dell XPS, ThinkPad all of them is so very good Touchpad. I wonder that why can't HP make a good Touchpad for HP's customer?
I think all complications above which is begining from Synaptics driver. Now, I want to replace Synaptic by Microsoft Precision driver. Do you provide Microsoft Precision driver for my notebook? If yes, please provide the link to download it for me!
Thank you very much!

Welcome to the HP Forums,
We'll be with you until it's all sorted & beyond!
You could download and install the latest Synaptics driver for your touchpad: Click here for the updates as I'm afraid we don't provide Microsoft precision drivers for a device that's been manufactured by Synaptics, it just wouldn't work, that said, you may want to tweak the touchpad settings to make the most of your device:
The Momentum options provide trackball-like responsiveness from the TouchPad. Click to highlight Momentum. If the checkbox next to Momentum does not contain a check mark, click the checkbox until a check mark displays to enable the momentum options.

Clicking the Settings icon
opens a window that allows you to control how far the pointer glides and whether it stops at the screen edge or bounces back.

(By the end of this article all the issues should be resolved)
Keep me posted, as I (Or a trusted colleague) shall follow-up on this case to ensure the concern has been addressed,
And your device is up and running again, only in case you don't get back to us, first!
That said, If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
That'll help us, and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.

And why is that, exactly? Other people have been able to sucessfully replace Synaptic Drivers with Precision Drivers. I'm actually pretty surprised about this, especially on the Envy & Spectre lines. https://www.windowscentral.com/hp-needs-start-using-microsoft-precision-touchpads-now
