Hello , 

 

I have an old HP officejet 7500A wide forma e-All-in-one Pritner -E910a which I have had installed on my computer for quite a number of years. I understand that it is no longer supoorted. A few weeks ago I found that, even though the software is till installed, the ICONS in the start menu have dissapeared. I was able to select Start MENU> HP PRINTER>PRINT or SCAN or OCR or  HP PRINT AND SCAN DOCTOR. I can no longer see them. I have managed to reinstall HP PRINT AND SCAN DOCTOR but this does not fix the issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the newer versions of the software and It still doesn't resolve the issue. I have gone nto the registry and deleted all possoble entries for the printer driver and reinstalled the printer driver and software and the issue remains. I can't acces READIRIS anymore or any of the software that origianlly came with this printer. Is their a CLEAN uninstaller available ? Does anyone knwo what I can do to just remove the the software completely and reinstall the newer (all be it oldenow software) to get it up and running again please.
