Software issue

Hey, i have brought HP laptop five years back. It was working fine until i installed zoom app. Later i couldnt shut down my laptop. After a day due to low battery it got turned off. Now it is showing a blue screen to select keyboard layout and guides me to only two options. One is to turn off the laptop and another one is to go the troubleshoot. Whichever option i select in troubleshoot directs again to the same previous options. Please someone guide me to solve the issue. Thanks

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

System Restore returns your computer to the files and settings from the restore point. Your personal files and documents are not affected. You can also undo a System Restore if the restore does not resolve the issue or if the issue becomes worse.
