Product: HP Omen 17-cb0018ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed win 10 - pro, but not a license, activated it with third-party software, while some programs are missing, for example, omen control and others, the omen button does not work, nothing is available in the BIOS, tell me what to do!

As far as I know, there is no LEGAL way to activate Win10 with "third-party software" and the only way I know to do that is using some kind of activation HACk -- and that is Piracy -- and we don't support that here.
