Sons Hp Omen hard drive died. We installed a new solid state drive and need to get it up and runnin

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hard drive quit.  We installed a new upgrade of a solid state drive.  Need to know how to get it up and running

The best option now is to use Cloud Recovery tool:

I prefer to use a clean install but this makes take longer time to do. In my case this is very quick because I already have few tools to do that.
