Hi there, recently faced a space issue with my laptop. Spacesniffer says that HP TouchPoint Analytics Client takes almost 13 GB space, also OneDrive takes about 14 GB, Microsoft Diagnosis takes almost 7 GB. Would someone suggest a good way to clean smth that the laptop would still work ... Thanks,

HP Touchpoint Analytics is a telemetry service that you probably don't need to be running. Here is an article about it and how to remove it: https://www.howtogeek.com/334552/hp-just-installed-a-bloated-telemetry-service-on-your-pc.-heres-how...
As to OneDrive, it only takes up the space you choose to use. I avoid cloud storage like the plague since it is both risky and unreliable. Unless you really NEED to use all that space, you should shrink it down to the minimum needed.
As to Microsoft Diagnostics, the file itself is only 27MB -- so I find it hard to believe that it takes all that space unless you are running it over and over again and storing large reports. Again, I would remove this.
Here are some additional things you can do to recover some of the disk space:

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here: https://www.getclone.app/download/category/11-cleanmgr
Also, there is a freeware app known as Wise Disk Cleaner. I use it every day to get rid of junk files: https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-disk-cleaner.html
