Hi, I have a pretty serious problem I think.

Practically when without doing it on purpose I touch/rub the USB or simply the aux cable of the stereo the shell of the notebook emits sparks, black lines immediately appear on the screen which then go away, or sometimes the screen dies directly.

it is as if current were passing through the USB / aux cable from the body, which is not normal.

the serious problem that the notebook I am using it to study is with the history of the coronavirus I cannot bring it to assistance, what can I do?

@alessiohhhh__ Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are getting the spark while touching the body by USB or aux cable.

In that case, I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
