If you have the serial number available, you might be able to grab the specifications from the device Product Home
Category > Product Information > Topic Product Specifications
Caveat
Whether the information is available sometimes depends on the product.
For example, CTO (Custom to Order) systems do not include online specification documents.
What else?
PartSurfer might be able to tell you exactly which parts came with your computer.
- For best results, use the Serial Number for your search
- Reminder: Do NOT post private information (including serial number) here on the Community)
Open PartSurfer
- Select your Country

- Need Help? Tab Self help > find and open the User Guide and FAQ

You are welcome.
If you get the device working again - or if you have other computers that you want to check,
consider saving the system configuration so you can refer to it later.
System Information does this - though the information list is a bit cumbersome in some ways and incomplete in others...
An option that I've used for years: Belarc
Free Version of the product:
Interestingly, it appears we now have to provide a bit of information to get the free software.
(OK, it's been awhile since I had to download a fresh copy...)
To download, provide Email and name when asked.
Be sure (for example) that you browser is not blocking popups from their website - you have to click the "not a robot" box...
Choice...
Another interesting development - the results page is marked with a watermark "for personal use".
Certainly does not hurt anything.
The data is thorough and the results have always proven accurate.
Nice to have a benchmark for reference and the details can come in handy, too.
