Product: HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f0000 RCTO Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Pc is running very slow.  Simple programs like ms Visio will cause the screen to glitch and then the entire system freezes.  I get “not responding” on
