Spectre
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used to be able to wake my Spectre 15 up from sleep using the keyboard or touchpad but now it doesn't work. I've checked all the settings and drivers.

Please try:

  • Go to Device Manager,
  • Locate Keyboards,
  • Expand this section,
  • Right click HID Keyboard Device,
  • Right click and select properties,
  • Go to Power Management tab,
  • Tick Allow this device to wake up ...
  • Click Apply/Ok

Do the same for Touchpad

Regards.
