Product: Spectre USB-C Travel Dock (2sr85aa)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to connect  external monitor through HDMI plug in  the ( Spectre USB-C Travel Dock) product to my laptop  But it dosen't work even wih all Drivers for the similar devices at you website....

 

can you please help me to solve this proplem it's an urgent situation .........
