Product: HP Pavilion 15z-aw000 CTO (ENERGY STAR)

I purchased this laptop in 2017. I never use it much but it works fine. However, I wish it was faster. Do I need to purchase more RAM for this? Where can I download this from? I have an AMD processor. Not sure if I download from them or from Microsoft.

How much RAM do you have now? If 4GB, then adding more will not speed up your PC

 

Also, don't understand your question about "downloading" -- as that applies only to software, not hardware.
