Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Hello,there..I just got an issue with my warranty start date and end date as well,I've purchased my HP Laptop in 25th november 2018, and the start date was 16 Oct 2018,that's the first issue,the second issue that I've bought this laptop from Costco with 2 years Manufacturer warranty,and I got only one year ends in 16 Oct,2019 I've got a screen shot of the receipt of purchase date and I've registered my laptop with all the details in my account.

Can anyone help?

Hi:

 

For whatever reason, HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

 

See if you can submit a warranty dispute using the online procedure below.

If you cannot submit an online dispute, you will have to call HP technical support in the country you live in for assistance with adjusting the warranty start and end dates.

 

In the USA/Canada, that number is:  1 (866) 724-8600
