Product: HP ENVY Laptop - 17t-cg000 CTO

"I'm using CCleaner Premium's 'Tools Startup' section, which has four categories: Windows, Scheduled Tasks, Context Menu, and Windows Services. While my laptop's startup speed is excellent (thanks to the SSD C: drive and HDD 😧 drive), and it's generally running fine, I want to ensure I have the correct items enabled or disabled for optimal performance and system health.

This laptop has been through a lot in the past six weeks, and I suspect some startup settings may have been inadvertently altered. I'm trying to figure out which items in the 'Scheduled Tasks,' 'Context Menu,' and 'Windows Services' sections should definitely be enabled, which can be safely disabled, and which should be disabled. I'm looking for advice beyond just HP's recommended settings, as I want to avoid unnecessary bloatware.

Does anyone know where I can find reliable information or a guide for these settings? I'd rather not pay for HP support just for this question, especially since they often direct users to their community or outdated self-help pages. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!"
