I have a HP 15 laptop in Belgium. To extend it's warranty I have purchased a care pack from HP US website on Nov 28, 2021, that because at that time HP care pack site best2serve.com couldn't locate the right care pack for my laptop. After purchase I have notify HP customer service in Belgium (via WhatsApp) and provided all the necessary documents as it needed. They submitted the docs to the care pack team as they said. After 1.5 month when I have again follow up the case, HP Belgium WhatsApp team directed me to the Belgium customer service. When I contacted with Belgium Customer Service, they said they don't have any knowledge of it!
Now where should I seek support?
