HP Stream 14

I don't know if I'm even in the right place but can someone please help!? I keep trying to update my laptop and it says there isn't enough disk space and I need to purchase an external hard drive. I have literally uninstalled every single app that I can. I have deleted ALL of my photos, documents, temporary files and everything that I literally can. It still won't let me update. I even tried to reset my computer to the factory settings, and it says there isn't enough disk space to do that. I don't understand how I can delete literally everything and there still isn't space. I also have an SD card that I tried moving some apps too and it still isn't working. This computer used to hold so much more and now all of a sudden it won't even hold what came originally on the thing.

I don't know why you bought the machine in the first place. Anyway normally Stream machine only has 32GB of eMMC and that is a joke from Microsoft and hardware vendors. They make machine with CHEAP word in mind. Anyway please try
