I just got my new HP omen the other day (HP 16-b0009na) and I have a couple of strange issues with it's performance. When I use google chrome the browser can be rather laggy especially with Youtube or even Facebook which doesn't load at all. Is there any reason this would be happening? I paid £1300 for this laptop and find it very disappointing that it cannot even handle a browser very well. I have tried all the usual fixes (Clear cache and cookies etc) but it does nothing. The laptop came with Windows 11 so I reverted back to windows 10 by doing a clean install and still Google Chrome will lag a lot.
Another Issue I have is when I use FL Studio to make music there's a quarter/half a second delay with the audio. I'll press a key and I will notice the delay and also when I press play in the software it will be delayed also.
Can anyone shed some light on this as I'm pretty close to asking for a refund.

Hi @Rikimaru
Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.
I see that you're facing performance related issues with your new system. Do not worry we are here to help you fix the issue.
May I know if you have made any recent hardware or software related changes to your system?
May I know if it only happens with Chrome? Have you tried other applications?
Since it is a new system I would suggest you update all the drivers of your system and let me know the outcome of it. Here is a link that will help you update the drivers:
