Product: HP Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop was running slow, so I re-installed windows and completely restarted the laptop. now when I've booted it up and done all the windows updates, the computer freezes/stutters every few seconds.

It stops when I disable my display adapter. I'd prefer a fix than this workaround as I can't connect a monitor or change the brightness when I do this. 

I've tried re-installing the AMD drivers but that does nothing too.

Would appreciate any suggestions,

Please update all the drivers from https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
