Product: HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC (56Z60AV)

I just bought 2 HP lap tops and I am having troubles doing basic things . I have tried the virtual assistant but no help..

Does anyone have a phone number for support. I have requested it from the virtual assistant but did not get one. I am at this point ready to return them for a refund if I don't get help.

Please help us with the laptop serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.
