I completed the 'Sure Connect' installation, however what's the significance of this update? Pls explain.

vpkumar here is a brief discription of sure connect. Others have said " it is not necessary and everything will work without it."

 

DESCRIPTION:
This package provides HP Sure Connect (HP Wireless Rescue Tool) for supported
models running a supported operating system. HP Sure Connect automatically
recovers the driver of a communications device that has stopped functioning.

I have tried all but no success so I uninstalled it and then the update message disappeared! So now i dont have it at all and can not instaal it again! Can i get the install file seperate?

Go to this link, enter your info, then look under "Utility Tools", download and install. That is what I did in my post.
