Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hey there - recently bought this laptop (Elitebook 1030 G2), and one of the features I was looking forward to testing was the HP Sure View (Privacy screen).
Unfortunately, the fn + f1 or fn+f2, or other combinations do not work.
The screen HAS all the hardware required for Sure View to work. It is also listed as a feature in the product page (https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c05355646).
I downloaded the HP Sure View app from MS Store - "Not supported". All drivers are updated, and I'm running a 100% up to date Win11 LTSC OS. I have also tried Win10 before - Sure View is not available.
Any ideas?
