Product: Outlook Email
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I received notifications that my email was to be upgraded to Outlook. I hit the toggle switch as directed. My email is stuck on the "Switching you over to the new Outlook.  Loading the new Outlook".   The upload won't complete and I can't get rid of the message.  Help!

**bleep** and new Outlook are products fro Microsoft, not HP. Did you use **bleep** ad your mail agent/client ? I believe Microsoft will move all users to Outlook new. At this stage, users can use old or new with a quick switch as shown on the top right corner

Please open old **bleep** and click to the switch to turn on or off. Any problem please ask MS Outlook support community
