Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)



I have two HP PC's (ProBook and Pavillion). Both laptops useing HP Support Assistant and are fully updated. I have log in in both PC. Pavillion says that ProBook needs to be updated and ProBook says that Pavillion needs to be updated. Both are fully updated at same profile account. It's not sync? Why?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the HP support assistant is not synced on two different computers and showing updates even after installing them.


Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.


I would like to inform you that it will not be synced on two different computers and it is by design. It only gets the informed synced from the computer you have logged in.
