HP Recommended

I cant cancel my test. It said it will only take 15 minutes but now it says it takes 1h 30min. I want to cancel but my pc is not responding to my keyboard. Is physically turning it off damaging my hardware in any way?

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
