TECLADO E MOUSE SEM RECEPTOR

Há um mês minha casa foi furtada e levaram o notebook junto com o receptor do teclado e mouse, ambos estão impecáveis, mas sem o receptor não funcionam. Seria possível habilitar um novo receptor para esses dois dispositivos, ou a única solução é descartar o conjunto mesmo?
