Please update my BIOS firmware to play the new Call of Duty. I'm just a man with 9/5  job and I need to rest in my laptop after work.

@Infinite_flacko, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

To troubleshoot the issue, please temporarily disable your antivirus software and run the HP Image Diagnostics tool.

Download the Tool: Use the link below to get the tool. We recommend downloading either the ImageDiags 4.x or 5 version.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/support/HP_ImageDiags.html

Steps:

Temporarily disable your antivirus software.

Extract the downloaded file.

Run: Open the extracted folder and run the setup file.

Follow the Onscreen Instructions.

Note: This process can take between 30–40 minutes to complete.

I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.

Wishing you a smooth and hassle-free experience ahead!
