I changed ram from my laptop some months ago, and I had to unplug the battery, so bios got reset to default settings and TPM device was disabled. I booted in windows, and it doesn't show in device manager and when I run tpm.msc I get the message “compatible tpm device not found”. After that I turned it on from bios, and it's still not detected by windows, also I can't reinstall windows from a USB drive because it doesn't detect it either.

Hi:

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that your notebook has a firmware based (fTPM) device.

Unfortunately, Windows does not recognize a fTPM device as a standalone TPM 2.0 device and that is why it does not show up in the device manager.

It is like that on every 15-ec0xxx notebook not just yours.

Here is what you should do...

First install W10 by making bootable installation media with the media creation tool.

Descărcați Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

Install the W10 drivers from the support page.

Then to upgrade to W11, follow the guidance at the link below, which will allow you bypass the W11 hardware check so you can upgrade to W11.
