Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have been breaking my head upon this topic for quite some while now. This laptop has infeon technologies AG, SLB9660 TT 1.2 TPM chip.
i have used update SP82133 to upgrade the firmware of the TPM chip to version 4.43.257.0.
I have tried sp87753 and SP81900 to migrate from version 1.2 to 2.0 but both give the same error message.
This device has an upgradable chip but for some reason i can't get it to work with the right update file: TPM12_4.43.257.0_to_TPM20_5.62.3126.0
i already disabled bitlocker and virtualisation, cleared the TPM chip multiple times but uncertain what to try next?
Any pointers are welcome.
