I have a Victus Laptop 16-e1000 with a 8A21 Motherboard and a AMD Ryzen 5 6600H CPU, and my OS is a Windows 11 23H2.
The problem I am experiencing is that my TPM is not detected by Windows, but the options to enable it in the BIOS UEFI settings are there. I have tried clearing the TPM keys, enabling and disabling the TPM, checking the Hidden and Available TPM in the bios settings, but it still wont detect it.
Here are the list of the methods I've tried to fix this (and nothing worked):
1. Reset the UEFI settings to defaults
2. Making sure the TPM Start Value in Registry Editor isn't set to 4
3. Updating every driver I have. (I tried entering the same laptop model I have and downloaded the BIOS update in the official HP page, but it just says that I cannot download it because it is older than the current version I have. (AMI F.25)
4. Running the diagnostic test on the TPM. It showed that it passed.
Please provide a solution, as I've been trying for maybe a week now. Thank you

Hi @Alvin_094
I can recommend that you check to see if you have any BIOS updates. Also make sure that the BIOS is in UEFI mode and not in legacy mode.
