Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G9 Mobile Workstation PC (4T4Z8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
My pc recently came back from repair (HP changed my MOBO), our IT said that they had some problems with Bitlocker and they lost all drivers of the PC. I downloaded the network ones and managed to update and download everything else. My laptop is now working without problems, HP support assistant does not find anything more to download.
Only thing that is missing is the TPM, no safety devices are found in devices manager, even if I have enabled everything in the BIOS.
I think I may need to install the drivers manually, but I have seen that it's not just a package to download and install, it seems more complicated.
Am I wrong? Can someone help me?
Thank you.
