Hi, 

I was in class when my photoshop started running a ton slower. I wanted to check task manager but unfortunately was unable to since it has been blocked by administrator. For the record. This is my very own pc. Uni has no authority over what my laptop can and cannot do. I have searched broad over the internet and I have not encountered any solutions that can be of use.
