I need a Citrix Receiver for my HP laptop...urgently. My laptop is barely functioning.

 

Additionally, I need Firefox

@wilfredelimu , welcome to the Community.

It sounds to me like you may have problems beyond what these two apps can solve.  I suggest that you give the laptop a thorough cleaning.  Also, I suggest doing a backup of all of your personal data and do a full System Recovery.  This will return your laptop to its original condition.  It should give your system a boost in performance.
