I am appalled by HPs service.
I bought a HP Spectre 360. A top tier machine.
After 9 months it started making such a noise that I was getting complaints on conference calls.
I went through the HP process. I did all their tests on the machine and nothing came up as wrong.
HP told me they would give me a replacement or a refund.
After some weeks they said they can't find a suitable replacement (who knows why, there are plenty online).
But then they refused the refund that they promised me in writing.
They said they will send someone out to fix my machine.
This too never happened.
My machine is under full warranty.
HP are in contravention of their warranty and they written promise to replace or refund.
